- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each session is 45 minutes, and there's no long-term commitment required. You can book as many or as few sessions as you need—once you feel you’ve gotten what you came for, we’re done. I keep pricing transparent with no hidden fees, and I occasionally offer promotions or discounted packages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every session is tailored to what the client needs, but the first step is always the same: gaining clarity. I help you clearly define where you are and what you truly want. From there, we move into what I call the discovery phase, exploring ideas, strategies, and different paths you can take to reach your goals. The process is flexible and built entirely around your pace and preferences.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a certified life coach through The WCI (World Coach Institute) and hold a Bachelor’s degree in General Management from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI. I’ve owned multiple businesses and previously worked as a senior director for a major international salon chain, leading and mentoring hundreds of people from diverse backgrounds.
