Aubbie was awesome to train with! Miss that little guy already!
Overall awesome experience. We got a second dog who was very difficult, stubborn, and we were close to giving up. We now have a dog that behaves very well and more importantly we are equipped with the tools and knowledge to keep her well behaved! Highly recommend!Jul 1, 2018VerifiedCarrie Mezo The Dog Thinks What? LLC's reply
Thanks Larry! I know how busy you are so I definitely appreciate you finding time to say these kind words for me!

Thank you Jan! I alpreciate you guys trusting me with Sadie! She was awesome!
Beginning of August my husband and I were talking about training for our (1 year old) bloodhound and (5 year old) English bulldog. He just happened to google “dog training near me” and Carrie popped up. That was the best thing he ever Googled. It led us to a woman who KNOWS what she’s doing. She’s so passionate about her job that you can see it when she’s with your dog. She actually listens and understands what your dog needs. She’s kind and so extremely patient. If you have questions or concerns - she doesn’t make you feel stupid for wondering anything. It’s now the beginning of November and we have two VERY well trained dogs. Carrie trained our bloodhound, Rhett, first. When he came back he was a different dog. I mean 100% listened. Before he just did his own thing. A week later she took Bella into her home to board and train her. Bella came home tonight and she’s BEYOND what I was expecting. Bella has been in our lives since she was 7 weeks old - so seeing this transformation completely mind boggled me! She listened to every command, she wasn’t just being stubborn. She actually paid attention! I can’t wait to see what the future holds. But I know for a FACT - I’ll take any of my dogs to Carrie! She’s the best!Nov 8, 2018Carrie Mezo The Dog Thinks What? - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Contact me for pricing. Why? My programs are set up to get results and at the end of the day, you have a problem and need a solution. I want to be sure I am giving you that solution and that solution is based on what is going on with your dog. Not every dog will do well in every program and it is important for me to get all the details about what is going on with your dog before I can recommend a program or programs for you, that way I know that you will get what you asked of me-results. Once we figure out the best program for your dog, then I can absolutely give a price!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I have a 3 Step Process. The first step is a Discovery Call. This a No Obligation and Free Phone call that lasts about 15 minutes. This call is to get to know one another and see if we are a good match! For instance, I don't do any Therapy Dog Training, so I would not be a good match for someone seeking this service. I specialize in Off Leash Training, so someone wanting this type of training would absolutely be a good match! The 2nd step is an In Home Consultation. (Some people do go right to this option and that is ok) An In Home Consultation lasts about an hour and designed for me to assess your dog's temperament and personality and to find out what programs will best serve you and your dog based on this information. We will also talk about what the root problem is and how to start working towards fixing that right away! The fee is $75 but most people don't pay that because they usually enroll in their recommended training program that day! The 3rd step is simply enrolling into training. We pick a date and time for you to start your new life with your dog! Easy as 1-2-3!
