Phil gave us a clear and complete estimate, and his crew showed up on time, and completed the replacement of our roof in a timely manner. Not only did they do a great job, they left our home free of debris, and free from leaks! We will definitely be calling Phil again for any future needs!

They showed up to patch a hole in my roof and I was expecting just a quote but he fixed it immediately and within an hour of showing up it was fixed!

Overall I had a positive experience! The owner was a hard worker and showed me problems with my roof that I couldn't diagnose myself. He was a little slow on communication but that was partly because he was sick the week we had talked about him coming. I would use him again. Thank you for your hard work!

Contacted Lakeside regarding a leak in my roof. Answered right away and come out within a day to take a look and repair. Took the time to inform me of the issue as well as talk to me about new roof options. Excellent at communication and keeping me posted when on his way, etc.

Very responsive, patient, professional, knowledge, and affordable. Although I didn’t use homeowners insurance but he seemed knowledgeable on how insurance works and what they’re willing to cover. He got the job done very efficiently and kept the roof nice and clean.
