Contacted Lakeside regarding a leak in my roof. Answered right away and come out within a day to take a look and repair. Took the time to inform me of the issue as well as talk to me about new roof options. Excellent at communication and keeping me posted when on his way, etc.

Phil gave us a clear and complete estimate, and his crew showed up on time, and completed the replacement of our roof in a timely manner. Not only did they do a great job, they left our home free of debris, and free from leaks! We will definitely be calling Phil again for any future needs!

They showed up to patch a hole in my roof and I was expecting just a quote but he fixed it immediately and within an hour of showing up it was fixed!

Phillip (contractor at Lakeside) came the day I contacted him. He took the time time to go through my insurance appraisal, explained all the work that was going to be done, and reviewed other options. I have had contacted several other roofing companies for estimates and felt that Lakeside Renovations was the most prompt, thorough, and not just out for my money.
