Shaun installed a water heater for me. He was very professional, had great pricing, and was fast at installation and did a great job and the young man he works with was very smart, helpful, and very pleasant. I would recommend them to other customers.

Terrible is too high a rating. The guy (Shaun) didn't show up the first day so I stayed at home all day waiting for him. I finally chased him down via Thumbtack and he promised to come in a narrow window. He didn't come. Thumbtack is so clueless that finally at the end of the 2nd day they said they would try to reschedule with this guy after the weekend. Avoid this guy, Thumbtack and Lowes.

Sean gave us a separate number to communicate. He rescheduled our appt, which was not ideal but fine. The day of install he only communicated initially when we reached out to ask for an ETA as he was hours behind schedule. Eventually he stopped responding altogether despite our reaching out. The number that he provided brought us to an AI inbox. We called Lowe’s and the product hadn’t even been picked up by Sean. Due to his lack of communication, professionalism, and follow through I could not recommend him less. If this was a legitimate business I would be shocked. Highly recommend never doing business with this company.
