Horrible! He didn't show up. He rescheduled after I had waited hours then still didn't show up on time. He brought his ex wife and children. They didn't test out anything and then they left. When I went to do laundry the hot and cold were mixed up and the hot was scalding hot. When I asked him about this he said I needed a new water heater. So I said okay how much. He preceded to hit on me and text for days asking if I was married and what kind of alcohol I drank saying he would do it for free. He is creepy and gross and now I've paid for I'm not even sure what. I still think I need a new water heater 😒

Terrible is too high a rating. The guy (Shaun) didn't show up the first day so I stayed at home all day waiting for him. I finally chased him down via Thumbtack and he promised to come in a narrow window. He didn't come. Thumbtack is so clueless that finally at the end of the 2nd day they said they would try to reschedule with this guy after the weekend. Avoid this guy, Thumbtack and Lowes.
