This service was amazing! Washburn’s was able to provide me just what I needed! They were quick, diligent, and very kind if I had anything to ask. They even went above and beyond to help clear out the leaves and dirt in front of my drive way. My yard was a mess but thanks to Washburn’s I am very happy to show it off and begin outdoor activities again!

Needed help finishing the leaves in my front yard for the season. Three maples and a magnolia worth. Had the piles but life happened. Thomas came out and did a great job get the leaves bagged and placed on the street for me, well ahead of the grass dying. Reasonably priced and come within a day of messaging on Thumbtack. Highly recommend.

I hired Mr. Washburn for leaf removal and was very impressed that he automatically cleared two areas in our yard that other lawn care services never paid attention to. The drain out back of our property and a very brambly half moon tree bed. He is a hard worker and swept up every leaf and stick up on his way out. His rates are so reasonable that I have already made another appointment for him to come out and do some much needed pruning of bushes/trees.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have set minimum rates but they can be tailored to meet the expectations of the customers maintenance requested
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There will be an initial consult, it can be done over the phone or in person. After that, the required service will be completed. Lastly, payment is due promptly after completion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had 10 years of on the job training. I also have my military background. Up front it might not seem applicable to lawn and landscape maintenance, but I have been living high attention to detail and dedication for such a long time that I only produce the best work possible
