Our pricing is based on the size of the space, condition, and scope of work, whether it is cleaning, post-construction detailing, or renovation services. For cleaning services, pricing depends on square footage, level of detail, and frequency. For construction and remodeling projects, pricing is based on materials, labor, timeline, and project complexity. We provide clear, written estimates with no hidden fees. Recurring maintenance clients and long-term project contracts receive priority scheduling and competitive rates. Any additional work outside the agreed scope is always discussed and approved before proceeding.

First, I gather details about the space (size, condition, frequency, specific needs). Then I provide a clear quote and explain what is included.
