- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is $25 an hour for first time cleans, spring cleans, and fall cleans. After the first clean, I discuss a set price for the square footage of the house. The set price won't change unless extra services are added. Example: inside cupboards, refrigerators, ovens.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always spend a significant amount of time talking with the customer. My main priority is to understand completely what the customer is wanting. Once that has been discussed, I go over pricing and schedules.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was professionally trained by a nationwide cleaning company. (company not mentioned for privacy purposes)
