FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price by either the square foot if I'm cleaning flooring, or the amount of time I believe it will take to complete a project. Whenever I quote I'm transparent with the customer regarding how I bill.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask a lot of questions. That helps me understand what the client is looking for and how I can best be of service to them. I've had some cases where I merely advised a potential customer that they didn't need all that they were looking for based on what I heard them say. There have been other cases where I had to tell them what they were asking for wouldn't get them to where they stated or wanted to be. Once we do business I like getting as much feedback as possible to ensure I'm on the same page with the customer. If/when things change having an open line of communication makes things easier for everyone. My experience has been that folks don't like surprises when they're paying their hard earned money.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly training our techs on new ways to clean. The owner has over 30 years experience in hard floor care. We know the right chemicals to use on your floors that will give the best result.
