What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I use a 'sliding scale' system of pricing based on square footage. The smaller the area the greater the cost per sq. ftg. The larger the area the cost per sq. ftg. decreases.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to meet with the client to discuss their design ideas and scope of project, upon a mutual understanding, then provide a written quote, preliminary plans, and exterior elevations for client discussion. Upon final approval of preliminary plans, then develop construction plans for permitting.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Lawrence Tech University and graduated with an architectural degree. I am a prior Licensed Builder, and in my 30 years of experience have completed a variety of architectural projects ranging from single family to multi-family to commercial, industrial, hospitality projects.
