- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, set up a time to take a look at scope of project/designs. Second, create an estimate within couple days and email/text to client. Third, sign an agreement and then get the client booked on our schedule.

We have worked with clients who know exactly what they want and clients who have no clue what they want. we still get it done.
