Mr. Quinto's quote did not cover the work I needed. Not once did he did communicate with me when I asked him questions on-line to define what I needed. I contacted him more than once requesting more information or to discuss his quote. If he he needed more information from me to prepare a qualified quote he should have communicated with me. I finally dropped off my tax information at his office since I never heard back from him. I informed his associate I received a quote for the tax preparation on Thumtack. Then maybe 20 to 30 minutes later she called me back and said she FINALLY got a hold of Mr. Quinto, she said that the quote did not cover all the forms I had for them to use to prepare my taxes. She said it would be over $1000 to do my taxes for three years I originally requested a quote from MMQ. Then I had to go back to his office to get all my information from his associate because I was not going to pay that outrageous amount. I took my tax information another tax preparer paying way less than MMQ wanted to charge. No communication on his part is the worst point I think I can say. If he did not receive enough information from me in my original request, then he should have been communicating and asking questions. He did not reply to my request online. I had to call to see if he would do my taxes and had to leave a message because when I called his office I found out it was only open two days a week. I would like to compliment his associate, she asked questions, called me back to explain the bad news and was very kind!!! This was the only thing that was good about MMQ.
