I wish I could have selected more positive attributes for Vandaveer. They were punctual, great communication, courteous coming in & out of my home, and even fixed my screen door from slamming which had been on my to do list for a year. They came to install moldings for a doorway & did wonderful. We plan to hire them for more work!

We hired Patrick to finish rebuilding our deck after the contractor that we previously hired left without finishing the job. From our initial conversation it was such a pleasure working with him! He did not pressure us to move forward after giving a very reasonable quote, he always communicated when he would be coming and the next steps, and his skills were exceptional leading to a beautiful finished deck. Not only did he prove to be professional, dependable, and knowledgeable, he even showed compassion for our situation with the previous contractor not only being compensated but doing a poor job as well. He went above and beyond to make sure we would be happy with the finished job and we are already looking forward to having him do future projects.
