Charlie did an amazing job. Over the phone he explained what he will be looking into. He said he will give details on what is wrong. He explained that the quality of materials used by builders is not good and he gets good quality materials. We decided the time and he was prompt and came 5 mins early. When asked to remove the footwear he obliged. He fixed all the issues we have been having with our gfci and spent extra time understanding other issues which I wanted to discuss. He charged exactly what he had told. Compared to other quotes Charlie’s was the best and the work done was also very good.
