What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 10% discount to military veterans (with proof of service).
We require 50% down by 1st day of work, and the rest is due on last day of work (prior to application of the topcoat).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will stop by to look at the condition of the floor and take measurements & discuss our process in detail. We will usually send quotes within 24 hours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Worked with someone with 16 years of experience. Also attended multiple training sessions.
