I have been in this business for 10 years and have never left a customer unhappy. I try to meet their expectations on how my job should look and have succesfully negotiated with the pricing. I always make sure my costumer receive a previous scope of work beforehand so they know what I am doing and how much it will cost. So far no costumer called me to say that I skipped or forget to do something. I am very happy to do this job with all my concentration.
