FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to come out and look at the project in person, talk to the customer and get to know them and their expectations. Talk them through what options they have to keep the project cost effective and ensure quality work. Encourage them to get other estimates, talk to other contractors, shop around a bit. If the customer chooses to go with me I will then schedule a date that works best for both of our schedules and communicate clearly with them up to the day of the project. Show up on time or ten minutes early, ready to work with all required tools, equipment, employees, and a game plan already in place to keep work moving smoothly throughout the day. Complete the job in a timely manner, exceed customer expectations, and provide a warranty for my work.
