I have small children and am always doing surface cleaning around the house. Because of this, I didn't want a traditional cleaning company. I was looking for a company that could fill in the gaps of what I miss in the daily chaos. Luckily I came across Clean Expectations on Thumbtack. They immediately understood what I was looking for, and we set up a time for them to come out to do an initial clean. Upon arrival I walked them through what I do daily/weekly and showed them areas I thought I needed the most help. When the job was done my house looked amazing. They did what I wanted and more. In addition to being a great hire, the Clean Expectations team was so much fun to chat with and felt like people I have known forever. My next appointment is in the books and I look forward to having them back on a regular basis. If you are looking for a cleaning company that goes above and beyond, look no further!

Lisa brought a helper along due to my wanting additional items cleaned. They did a great job cleaning, and even dusted an extra room for me. They did not rush through any room, and I like that all products and cleaning supplies are provided. Lisa is friendly and hardworking. Clean Expectations is a nice business.

My home needed a really good cleaning since I was moving out of this rental and into my own home. But with work I didn’t have time. She did a wonderful job cleaning the entire fist floor as directed. Every room was clean and the kitchen and bathroom sparked. I will definitely hire Clean Expectations LLC again. Wonderful job 🤗

The prices I have included here are only estimates and each customer is given a unique quote to fit their specific needs. These prices are calculated by the website, not by me,
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically respond to new clients within one business day after they contact me. I try to set up a walk thru to give them an estimate within one week so that they can decide if they are interested in my cleaning services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had quite a few years of cleaning experience. I put in my profile that my business was formed in 2019, but that is only when I formed my LLC. I have been cleaning homes and businesses for several years successfully.
