Our pricing is transparent, upfront, and based on the size and condition of the home—not hourly guessing. We price primarily by square footage and service type (standard, deep, or move-in/move-out), with clear add-ons for extras like ovens, inside windows, or heavy buildup. There are no hidden fees. Returning customers on recurring schedules (bi-weekly or monthly) receive discounted rates, and move-in/move-out clients receive flat pricing so there are no surprises on closing day.

Initial Contact – You reach out via phone, text, or our website. Quick Quote or Walkthrough – We gather square footage, service type, and any special requests. Clear Pricing & Scheduling – You receive a firm quote and confirm a date/time. Professional Cleaning – Our team arrives on time, fully equipped, and completes the job efficiently and thoroughly. Final Walkthrough & Follow-Up – We make sure everything meets expectations and are always available for feedback or recurring service setup.
