I am a friendly, reliable and hard worker. I have over 25 years of experience in both commercial and residential window cleaning and power washing. My service stands apart from others because I offer a custom and complete detailed cleaning of their homes, driveways, walkways, lanais, roofs and windows. All windows are scrubbed by hand and all screens are washed. In addition, all tracks, jambs, and sills are brushed and wiped clean of dirt and debris. I received a reply first thing in the morning. We scheduled for service for the same afternoon. He said it would take about two hours. He pressure washed my house, garage and shed. Then he washed all the windows using a squeegee. The work was done and done very well, in two hours. Very happy!

Johnny is the best. Before today, my drive-way was bright green with thick algae. It was disgusting. And the rest of the areas that needed pressure washing weren't much better. Now I have the cleanest, whitest drive-way/sidewalk in the neighborhood. I will be hiring him again to do my roof. Thanks Johnny.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices start at $49 and depend on several factors such as, how many windows, single or double story homes, Interior & exterior windows, power washing, interior & exterior light fixture cleaning, sky light cleaning, chandelier cleaning, mirror cleaning, ceiling fans, gutter cleaning, scrubbing and scraping of windows. Prices vary, give me a call for a customized quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We arrive on time, and always greet with a smile. We ask the customer to show us their windows throughout the house and take note of any concerns or special requests. We typically start on the exterior and finish with the interior windows. However, every home is different so a walk through will be necessary before we begin.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have over 20 years experience cleaning commercial and residential windows. I have washed windows in California, Michigan, and now make my home in Florida.
