I needed to have some minor work done on my computer. Vasko of VLK Tech answered moments after I put in a request on the app. He walked me through a couple of different options without trying to nickel and dime me. He stayed in contact through the repair, and finished the work before the original completion date given. Very professional. Very easy to work with. I absolutely would recommend this company for computer work.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers receive the first consultation for free. First we speak with the customer and understand their needs. Once we have an understanding of their needs, we research the project and provide and estimate for the project.

Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems.
