We had a small leak on Easter & despite it being Easter Nate was able to coordinate an appointment for us with Isaac on the following day. Isaac was able to quickly resolve the issue without costing us a fortune for which we are grateful & he quadruple checked the issue to make sure the problem was resolved! Nate & Isaac you were both a pleasure to work with & we will call be calling MECA again if a plumbing issue arises! I feel they offered a great service at a fair price & we appreciate that. The worker was extremely professional and dedicated to getting the job done under difficult situations. Although he did pump out about 90 percent of the water it slowly came back in because of a situation (a busted main pipe underground) beyond his control. Even though the worker at my house did a great job, the company itself gets a failing grade because I was told multiple times that I would receive a retuned called about what steps if any would be taken to fix the broken pipe; I’m still waiting on that call.👎🏾

I chose to use meca drain, because I used them before, my basement was baggy up and of course u know who I called, the first guy they sent out was not good (sad but true) the second guy they sent out was awesome his name is Brandon and he did a heck of a job cleaned up behind himself and everything stayed until the job was complete… my basement was 2 almost 3 inches of water
