Jacob was very knowledgeable and refurbished our Bosch tankless with the parts that I had sourced using his recommendation. He answered all my questions completely . He was very dilligent at checking all aspects of the system and cleaning peripheral valve connections.

We just recently moved into our home and our 13 year old Rinnai tankless water heater stopped heating water on Saturday (the day after Christmas). After leaving messages with several plumbers, I went to the Rinnai website where I found Tankless Pros. I was unsure if they would service all the way in Ann Arbor, but I called the number anyway. I was surprised that the owner, Jacob, answered the phone on a Saturday evening after 9:00PM. He said he could likely come out in the next couple days to take a look and see if it could be repaired. I asked him to send a worst case scenario quote in advance in case we had to replace the unit. By midnight Saturday I had the quote in my inbox. On Monday morning he was at our house to check it out. I was fully expecting to be encouraged to replace the unit due to the age. However, we did not get a sales pitch. Jacob and Isaac worked for 3 hours to troubleshoot the issue which ended up be a few simple fixes. They also serviced the unit, replaced a gasket and cleaned some parts. We also got a full tutorial on how it works, how to pull error codes etc. We may have a few more years left in the unit which is great. Now we know who to call when we need a replacement or repair. It is great to find a company with such good customer service, professionalism, and integrity. Highly recommend.

I found Tankless Pros because we had decided to use a Rinnai direct vent heating unit before the weather got very cold. Our electric heat is too expensive and I never feel warm. I called the corporate number for Rinnai and they sent me to Tankless Pros. First I chose an 11,000 BTU unit for the master bedroom. I had the gas company set a propane tank on the grounds not far from the back of our house. Jacob came with Mark and installed the unit. It worked like a charm. Suddenly we felt warm! and the unit is sophisticated with its thermostat and easy to use. The whole experience was so pleasant that I decided to put a larger unit in the front of the house. We chose the 38,000 BTU direct vent furnace.Wow! Now, there is hardly any reason to put on the electric heat, and that's what I wanted, a warm house and much less to pay every month. Jacob was trained in installing Rinnai by the company. He also brings 20 years plumbing experience with him which is important when setting up gas systems and pipes. Jacob is a master of these systems. He has an engineer's mind, a plumber's experience, and can figure out how to install any configuration. In the spring we will go with the Rinnai tankless water heater. They also set up boilersr! I would trust them with most any task.5 stars Patricia B.
