The recent construction of our 12x12 office space was a resounding success, thanks to the exceptional craftsmanship and dedication of roman. The framing was sturdy and well-constructed, providing a solid foundation for the drywall and ceiling. The drywalling was flawless, with smooth, seamless finishes that required minimal effort during the painting phase. The painting job was equally impressive. The colors we chose were perfectly matched, and the application was even and professional. The dry ceiling installation was completed efficiently, and the flooring was laid with precision creating the functional space I needed! We were particularly pleased with the value we received for the quality of work. He was able to complete the project within our budget and timeline, without compromising on the quality of materials or workmanship. Roman did an outstanding job assembling some furniture for us. He said it was not the type of work he typically does but he was flexible and willing to do whatever we needed done. He brought all of the necessary tools with him and did a beautiful job! He made it look easy. I am most impressed by Romans stellar work ethic, efficiency, and "can-do," attitude. He is polite, professional, and committed to doing quality work. He is very talented and resourceful. We didn't have a dolly to haul heavy boxes but he figured out a way to make it work. I am grateful he was able to schedule our job in a timely manner with some afternoon and evening openings. Thank you so much Roman! I hope you are willing to come back and do more "handyman" work for us. You are like a "Swiss Army Knife" ----can do it all. ☺️
