- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
After reviewing the job I will determine if it is most efficient to use square foot pricing or labor and material, Once I give a quote, I stick to the quote, unless the homeowner makes changes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will meet with the customer at the job site and take notes on exactly what the customer wants done. I will go over my notes and then do a professional quote on what needs to be done. The customer will know exactly what I will be doing during the process and feel 100% confidence in me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15yrs hands on experience working with two custom painting companies. I have working long and hard hours, while paying attention to all aspects of the job.
