- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer we like to speak with the customer over the phone at their earliest convince. We take this time to get some information from them about their desired work and background information, as well. Then, we like to schedule a time to come take a look at the job in person with the customer so we can provide them an estimate quickly. We provide an estimate via email. Then, upon approval of an estimate by a customer we promptly contact them to schedule the project and go over any specific details, we well as answer any questions that the customer may have.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all types of customers from everyday working class people to television celebrities and others. We complete work on a variety of styles and sizes of homes and hardscapes, from luxurious high-end homes to everyday beautiful landscapes. We provide a beautiful completed job the customer can be proud of regardless of budget.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently completed a total backyard renovation for a customer. This was complete with freestanding retaining walls, raised landscape beds, and took two worn-out existing standard cement patios and turned them into a beautiful 1,500 Sq.Ft. interlocking paver patio. We also installed sod, drainage systems, and landscaping. The finished product looked great, as well as providing the customer with a functional backyard that they will enjoy for years.
