- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer in-home design service for a fee in Greater Grand Rapids area for $75 (Within 1/2 hour driving distance of our showroom & 1 hour in home). $25 per half hour after that for each additional half hour. including drive and visit time. If you do purchase with us within 6 months of the home visit we will discount the visit 50% of the original charge.
