We hired Dale to remove wallpaper and paint rooms in our new home. We had some stubborn wallpaper that proved too difficult to remove and Dale recommended painting over it. You can't even tell the wallpaper is there, it's great! He was professional and courteous and completed the work in a timely manner.

Dale and his team did a great job painting the majority of our main floor. He maintained great communication during the two-day project and expectations were exceeded. After the job he asked how it looked and we mentioned great but we did find a paint spot on our carpet. He came over within a couple hours to take care of it and was clearly disappointed that it had happened. After attempting to remove the stain he realized it wasn't looking great and told me he would get a carpet cleaner over the next day. He went the extra mile to make sure that everything was perfect. We will definitely call his team with the next project we start!

Dale was quick to respond to my project. My husband and I both work long, odd hours on weekdays and weekends but Dale was very accommodating to our schedule. He came out on a Sunday to give us a quote and spent probably a half an hour with us deciding on what we may want to paint and what kind of paint we should be using in our house (cigarette smoke smell and stains). His quote was very fair considering the amount of work he and his crew would be doing. He gave us a start date and he came back to the house the night before with one of his crew members to show him what would need to be done. It took about a total of 3.5 days for them to finish (and there was a lot to do!). The only reason I am not giving them a 5-star rating is because there were some dribbles in one spot on a wall, some outlet covers had not been taken off before painting, and there were some tiny scraps of wallpaper that had been painted over. But I told Dale about these problems and he made sure that they were all fixed immediately. The house looks (and smells!) great! We are very pleased! Thank you JFP Painting!
