- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in fair, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Every project is unique, so we provide free estimates based on the size of the job, the materials being installed, and the condition of the existing floor. We use quality installation methods and take pride in doing the job right the first time. Our goal is to offer competitive pricing while delivering workmanship that lasts. We also explain all costs upfront so you know exactly what to expect before any work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing your project, your goals, and the type of flooring or repair you're looking for. We then schedule a time to assess the space, take measurements, and answer any questions you may have. After the assessment, we provide a detailed written estimate outlining the scope of work and pricing. Once the estimate is approved, we schedule your project, complete the work with attention to detail, and perform a final walkthrough to ensure you're completely satisfied before considering the job complete. Communication is important to us, so we keep you informed throughout the entire process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have hands-on experience installing and repairing a wide variety of flooring, including carpet, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), laminate, carpet, tile, and trim work. We stay up to date on manufacturer installation guidelines and industry best practices to ensure every project delivers premium quality.
