- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is all inclusive! My estimates include all of the possible hidden problems that can sometimes pop up. By having over 22 years experience I can predict these things, saving you the hastle of wondering about the dreaded up charges some contractors throw in at the end of the project. With McPhees' Painting, yoi wont have to worry about these things! I also would like to point out that I get some of the best pricing through Sherwin Williams in the state, which I pass directly to my customers! WE DO NOT MAKE MONEY ON THE PAINT FOR YOUR PROJECT!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with the initial bid consultation. This involves determining the scope and budget of the project. If we are a match we then schedule a start date. Prior to start of the project there may be another consultation to determine colors and other details involving the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I consult continuously with Sherwin Williams and other paint suppliers on new products and application techniques through multiple workshops and demonstrations they provide every year.
