- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we are not the cheapest company out there, but we charge fairly to deliver a quality product we can stand behind for years to come and one the customer will be left loving for a long time. we do not cut corners and will not sacrifice quality for price discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we try and establish a good relationship, and educate them on whatever project they have in interest
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken all sorts of classes including building safety mandated by the state. we are lead certified workers and a company. GAF golden pledge installers.
