Called when he was on his way, which is great because then you aren't wondering when they are going to get to your home. Arrived on time. Had to go get a part because my toilet part that was bad was odd size. Didn't charge me extra. Explained what needed to be done & why. Was friendly & answered all my questions. Will hire again for any plumbing problems in the future.
