I reached out to Kimball Handyman Service on a holiday, Memorial Day 2025. I was surprised to receive feed back on the same day. This was impressive since the other two contractors that I reached out to had a much slower response. One of the other two actually responded the next day. In the mean time, Kimball was ahead of the competition based upon the quick communication alone. Furthermore, his quote with a new customer discount was very attractive.
I vetted the company by looking at the website. There were beautiful pictures of other projects that were completed. The quote was timely and professional in the appearance. When I spoke to the owner, he was very warm and friendly. Even after the quote was given, I requested a few tweaks and he was very cooperative. He did not push back and was willing to honor my request for additional verbiage on the quote. After he was hired, he came and delivered when he said he would.
Over the years, I have worked with different contractors and he is certainly among the best I've ever worked with! The entire team was professional and rendered excellent customer service.
I did not give this company a 10 for "how likely are you to recommend Kimball Handyman Service LLC to a friend or co-worker". The company earned it!!! Please hire Kimball for your next project. But only after all of my other projects have been completed...LOL!!!

We had a great experience with the Kimball team moving a playset we bought off marketplace across our town to our backyard. They were polite, timely, and quick. A project that could have taken us an entire weekend was done in a couple of hours! Definitely would use again.

The entire business sign-up flow has been incredible. You sign up you get a call you get a quote you get an invoice to your email. You confirm the invoice and select your time and then they showed up five minutes early got done really fast and it just wasn't the quality of work that was nice but Him and his wife's process of finding what was needed and getting it to me so we can get things done. I will use them for as long as they stay in the area.
