Our water heater stopped working at night, so I contacted SKH Express LLC and scheduled an appointment for the next day. The technician on the phone was excellent answered all my questions, explained the timeline, and gave an estimate of the costs. The next day, he arrived on time, walked me through the process, costs, and timeline, and replaced the unit within a few hours.
