FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually will explain what i am going to do after i hear there explanation of the issue. And i will try to make them confident in the method i chose to fix a problem because sometimes fixing something requires more work then expected in order to not have the same issue repaet it self
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up from the time i could lift a hammer working on anything and everything around the house and garage. My father was capable of doing any kind of work and together we had our hands in every piece of work required to buikd the house i grew up in.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have had all kinds of customers from the "over the shoulder peepers" to the "toss you the keys and call when you are done" types. i prefer a less interactive customer. only because an audience can make me nervous and second guess my approach to simple problems and make a job take longer.
