FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you only have one specific project to do I usually will give an estimate that covers the project with materials. But if you need a lot of odds and ends fix-it jobs I can be paid hourly plus materials cost or customer furnished.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually will explain what i am going to do after i hear there explanation of the issue. And i will try to make them confident in the method i chose to fix a problem because sometimes fixing something requires more work then expected in order to not have the same issue repaet it self
