- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For large projects it is $1,000 per day minimum. For mid size projects, $500 per day minimum. For small jobs there is a $250 minimum. Costs can excede that depending on how many hours are put into said project, every project is uniquely differently. Per day being indicative of a 10 hour workday (or less in the event my strong work ethic allows for something to be completed quicker than it would have for others, without sacrificing quality or safety.)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A brief introductory process. Followed by a setting of expectations by both parties. As far as payment is concerned: Half down, half upon completion of that given work day. A final walk through or walk around will be conducted with both parties present after all work is complete and is the time for all questions, comments and/or concerns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a masonry trade school graduate. (Graduated top of my class in a program that was in collaboration with the IMI)
