Barb was amazing. She came in and told us what needed to be done and worked on getting things done in a punctual matter without shortcuts. We were so impressed by her attention to detail. Will be hiring them again when we have our next project.Jan 11, 2021Verified

Guys a rip off tried to charge me $875 for an hour and half work of work just installing base board in a few rooms and a hallway I already had the material just needed the labor gave me the same quote for both if I could give 0 stars I would use someone elseFeb 22, 2021VerifiedKen's Re-Modelling &Painting, LLC's reply
Hi Jorge, I dont blame you for not buying the tools. They are kind of expensive and also for my employees to put food on their table we have to charge fairly. We do top notch job with best price. You can see other reviews. On a different note, we never tried to charge you for anything but instead I was charged by thumtack for even exchanging message with you. We just provided estimate to you and it is your choice to accept or not. We are not forcing you to get work done. You are reviewing a job that was never done. As I matter of fact we never even met. Hence the review is false. Good Luck finding someone!!

Barb was good to work with and the quality of work of her team was good, although, it took them awhile to complete the work. I strongly recommend getting a detailed scope of work agreement documented during the quote phase, including materials. They tried to charge me extra for shims and caulk, which is standard for any bathroom remodel. However, Barb worked with me on that and was fair in the end. Overall, good work.Jun 12, 2020Verified
