Highly recommend ServiceMaster by Fuson in Midland. Jeremy was out the same day I called to evaluate the water damage and communicate with the insurance adjuster. The very next morning after insurance OK'd, Johnny and Thomas were out to remove ceiling and insulation from affected area, disinfect with a plant based product and set up fans and an air scrubber/dehumidifier. They did a great job moving and protecting my furniture in the room. When they returned to remove equipment, the same care was taken to clean the area and remove protective coverings. Appreciated the phone calls or texts to confirm appointment times too. I felt so supported during a challenging event. Thank you!

We had a major water leak in our upstairs bathroom that caused substantial damage to the upstairs and lower floor. This was my first insurance claim ever Josh hart and his team did an excellent job from start to finish. he fought the insurance company to cover all the damage when they wanted to only cover the surface level damage. He was honest and upfront the whole way through and the initial phase of the estimate. Once the insurance company agreed to the estimate Josh B and Bill the contractors came in and did an amazing job they worked fast and clean. My family of 4 kids and wife were home most days during the construction portion they were kind to my family showed my very curios son how to snap down some of the flooring. He told me all about the way to lay the flooring when I came home. That was awesome to see how personable they were. When they were finished on the walk around I had mentioned to Josh that I was going to fasten the carpet a little different but was extremely happy with the end results, he didn’t hesitate and said that bill and Josh b could come back out and change it for us. All in all it was a great experience and I would recommend anyone to service master. On the billing side Rosella and Ashley were amazing in working with us to figure out a plan to pay off the remaining amount owed that would not financially cripple my family. I am very thankful for this team and the work they put into restoring our home.

I had a pipe burst in my home and have never had something like this happen before. ServiceMaster was wonderful to deal with throughout the whole process. I had a lot of issues with my insurance company but Josh really went to bat for me and was great with communication I would not have got through the process without him. Bill and the rest of the restoration team did great work the rooms look amazing. Jeremy and the two young men from mitigation also were great with the clean out and drying of the room right after the water damage. Lastly the young lady from the accounting team who called on my account was very nice she listened understood I was dealing with some issues from my insurance company and was understanding on the phone I think her name was Rosella. I would highly recommend ServiceMaster to anyone who experienced some sort of loss in there home due to water, fire etc... The professionalism understanding and knowledge of what needs to be done is top notch.
