They were professional and friendly. They showed up on the days they said they would which is uncommon for contractors. I would hire them back and refer them to friends and family. They are believers! This was not a requirement but is was a bonus for me.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Let's get on the phone and speak through what is needed.
2) We will have someone come out for a free estimate.
3) We will draft a formal quote or agree to a price verbally.
4) Work will begin once 50% of the fixed price quote is paid.
