We wish to see the physical space where the project is to completed and nail down the materials to used and design to calculate our cost to quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet face to face and listen to client describe and show with ordered materials the vision of how the finished project should look. We may will offer suggestions to either enhance the goal or revise to what can realistically be accomplished.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My partner, Nacho has engineering background and we both have decades of experience with tile work and general carpentry.
