Chef Tammy, from Great Lakes catering, was amazing! I contacted her on very short notice, to cater a rehearsal dinner. And was on a tight budget. She did not hesitate to take on my event, and come up with a menu for my budget. Her service was above and beyond my expectations. And the food was all fresh, organic, and delicious!! I will use only Great Lakes Catering for my future events. And highly recommend them to friends and family!!

Lovely rehearsal dinner experience for my sister in law! I have a background in catering, and this business exceeded all expectations! From the homemade dressings, to delicious entree, she brought everything herself to set up and take down and also filled the entire buffet line as well as things ran out! She came very equipped and ready to make the dinner delicious and worry free for Kati and Jordan and also family members! Would highly recommend Great Lakes Catering!! You will NOT be disappointed!

Hired for our Anniversary, had a lovely dinner! very professional and well prepared. Her Step daughter that is learning the business came with her to help serve, she was also wonderfully professional and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend to anyone and I will hopefully have a chance to hire her again.

I work with the clients budget to customize a menu to fit their needs and wants.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication and listening is the key. Each client has a different personality and must be dealt with respect and courtesy. I find out their likes and dislikes and go from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors in business, culinary arts and small business. I also worked under many fine chefs who taught me the skills I need to be successful.
