Alternative Therapies

Introduction: We offer individual, couple and family therapies. We also offer goal-oriented life coaching, therapies for self-improvement, depression, anxiety, bi-polar, marriage and separation, trauma, family mediation, court-mandated counseling and anger management, as well as alcohol evaluations. We offer a secure environment where trust, confidentiality and non-judgment is a priority. We have a private practice located in downtown Milford and Novi in MI. For those with transportation issues, DUI, OWI, we offer live online consultations through our custom, confidential website. My work at Providence hospital allows the opportunity to work with those who suffer from severe depression and anxiety, manic episodes with bipolar and schizophrenia. Having understanding about these issues allows us to find ways to help create a life that is manageable and that you can feel good about.
