What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
ORGANIZING AND CONCIERGE SERVICES Packages are available between $40-$55 per hour PUBLIC SPEAKING Pricing is based on distance, length of presentation. LIFE COACHING $60 per hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
ORGANIZING SERVICES A phone conversation to discuss the organizing project Arrange a 60-90 minute consultation with client to view/discuss the project - cost $40 Organize dates to work on the project - the initial consultation fee will be refunded on the first invoice. Organizing sessions are 4 hours minimum CONCIERGE SERVICES A phone conversation to discuss the organizing project Arrange a meeting to ensure that both parties are happy to work together and discuss terms and conditions LIFE COACHING Initial contact is done via a telephone call. Life Coaching is done via telephone or Skype - mutually agreeable times are agreed upon for sessions to take place. PUBLIC SPEAKING Initial contact either by phone or via e-mail contact. Discuss presentation required Confirm pricing and available dates.
