John was very prompt in responding to my request. He came by and looked over the job. He quoted me a price and based on his demeanor I went with using his services. He was able to squeeze my project into his schedule. Once the project started we/be ran into a road block. How the original tile was laid had been compromised when the renovation company installed a new furnace. Pre my ownership of the house. John explained the concern and provided options to resolve. We agreed which did add to the price but in the end we are more than happy with the result, his work and overall experience. If you are thinking about hiring JWI Builders, I would say to hire him. He will provide an honest assessment. Quality work. And ensure you are satisfied with the result vs your expectations. Julio/Canton
