What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For booking sessions you must put a one hour deposit "$45" to reserve your 3 hour block, deposit are nonrefundable. To cancel session it must be at least 24Hr. before your appointment, to reschedule without losing your deposit. Any appointments deposits are need to reserve bookings. studio- $45 during office hours after hours $55 Mixing-start $45 a track prices varies by complexities 6-12 discounts apply. Mastering- start $55 a track varies by complexities 6-12 discounts apply. Guitar lessons- $30 Hr. more than 1Hr. booking discounts apply.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first obtain basic information, perform an estimate, and then work on the job while keeping the customer up to date in every step of the way.
