- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a one-third fee on all personal injury and disability cases. Further there is No Fee unless I win. Other services are competively priced.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally I meet with the client to discuss their potential case. I get all relevant information and assist the client in setting up a claim and continue representing them throughout.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with clients from all walks of life who have legal issues, including criminal charges, bankruptcy, disability, and injuries.
