I'm very please with the quality of service I received from Shark window cleaning. Mike was personable, professional, showed up on time, and addressed all my needs without breaking the bank. My windows are crystal clear without the water marks that past window cleaning companies left behind. Definitely a happy customer and will without a doubt be using this company again.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to give my new customers a little background on me.For example how long I've been in the services industry.I love what I do and it shows in my work and I like to go the extra mile to show my customers they are important to me.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning windows for 10 years and gutters for 2 years.So most of my training has been hands on.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started with a company called fish window cleaning. Never cleaned windows before then.I've been cleaning windows for 10 year's and this is my first year in business for myself and I love it.
