- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing reflects all labor, materials, and preparation needed to complete the job — no hidden fees. We take pride in offering fair, transparent quotes and excellent customer service throughout the process. For customers who schedule with us the same day as their estimate or fill one of our open spots on the calendar, we offer a 10% discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free estimate, and a 25% deposit with signed authorization reserves your spot on our schedule. Before work begins, we’ll confirm colors, dates, and details. For exterior jobs, we handle pressure washing and prep; for interiors, we take care of patching and setup. Throughout the project, we’ll keep you updated and address any questions. Once finished, we’ll do a walkthrough together to ensure everything looks perfect before final payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my training comes from hands-on experience and learning the right products for each situation. Many painters overlook product selection, but knowing which primers, paints, and finishes to use makes all the difference in durability and appearance.
