I have been "very" happy with the service provided by Mark. My wife and I built a house about 4 years ago and he took the time to sit down and explain how our geothermal system works before we even had it put in the house. He was easy to talk to and he explained things in detail. If there was a problem or a question, I was able to get a hold of him and he was out to my house or calling me back with out much waiting. Mark is willing to go the extra mile to keep his costomers happy. Mark is very reliable and knowledgeable on heating and cooling and I would recommend his service to anyone looking for a heating and cooling system or just for his professional service and maintenance.

I recently engaged Mark to clean my dryer vent system. During the process he found that the vent system was clogging dangerously because of the way the vent was routed to the outside wall. He then rerouted the venting and solved the problem. Mark was very professional and the work was done in a timely and efficient manner. Great service!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for a contractor with The license for the service you need. There are mechanical license catagories. There is service license two for heating and two for cooling, duct installer, process piping for boiler and gas piping,and HVAC equipment which is just for installating HVAC equipment (not good for service) Make sure they are insured by asking them to give you their insurance carrier to call and verify that it has not lapsed.
