Our pricing is straightforward and based on the size, condition, and type of surfaces being cleaned. We don't surprise you with hidden fees. All jobs are done with professional truckmount equipment, experienced technicians, and a full deep-clean process—not a quick pass. You get clear, honest pricing and results that last.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and transparent. We start with a quick conversation to confirm the areas you want cleaned and answer any questions. On the day of service, we walk through the space with you to set expectations and confirm pricing. We perform a full deep-clean using professional truckmount equipment — not quick passes. Before we leave, we do a final walkthrough with you to make sure everything meets your expectations or we do a call after the job if the customer isn't on site. We stand by our work and will do free service calls if we ever make a mistake.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians have over 20 years of combined experience in professional carpet, tile, and upholstery cleaning. We’re trained in truckmount operation, stain and odor removal, grout restoration, and commercial restaurant floor care. We follow industry-standard cleaning processes, use commercial-grade equipment, and stay current on best practices to ensure high-quality results every time.
